These terms apply between you and ADVTECH Detailing("we", "us") when you request a quote, book a service, or use advtechdetailing.com. By booking a service with us you agree to them.
We are a mobile detailing service based in Conroe, TX. We come to you, so the terms below about access and conditions at your location matter more than they would at a fixed shop.
A $50 booking confirmation reserves your appointment slot. It is non-refundable, and it is credited against the total for your service.
Reserving a slot means we hold that window for you and turn away other work for it, which is what the booking confirmation covers.
To cancel or reschedule, give us at least 24hours' notice before your scheduled date. You can cancel from your account, or call or email us using the details below.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24hours' notice, or we arrive and cannot perform the service, you forfeit the $50 booking confirmation. There is no additional cancellation or no-show charge.
If we have to cancel or reschedule — weather, equipment, or anything else on our side — we will contact you to rearrange, and your booking confirmation carries over to the new appointment or is returned to you in full.
Prices quoted for a service are based on the vehicle type and condition you describe when booking. If the vehicle turns out to need substantially more work than described — heavy soiling, pet hair, biohazard, or excessive contamination — we will tell you the revised price before starting, and you can accept it or cancel.
We invoice the balance when the service is complete. Invoices are due within 7 days. Online payments are handled by PayPal; we also accept the other methods listed on your invoice.
Applicable Texas sales tax is added to invoices where required.
The $50 booking confirmation is non-refundable, except where we cancel the appointment ourselves.
If you are not satisfied with completed work, contact us within 48 hours of the service and we will arrange to re-do the affected area. Refunds beyond that are at our discretion and are handled case by case.
As a mobile service we need safe, legal access to your vehicle and enough space to work around it. Please make sure the vehicle is accessible at the address and time you booked, and that we have access to water and a power outlet unless we have agreed otherwise in advance.
If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle, or the location is unsafe or unsuitable to work in, we will treat it as a missed appointment under the cancellation terms above.
Please remove personal belongings, valuables, and anything you do not want handled before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
We will point out pre-existing damage we notice — scratches, chips, worn trim, failing clear coat, cracked or brittle plastic — before we begin where we can. Detailing can make existing defects more visible, and some materials cannot be restored. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for wear that becomes apparent once dirt is removed.
Our technicians may take before-and-after photographs of the work, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We describe honestly what each service can achieve, but detailing outcomes depend on the age, material, and condition of the vehicle. We do not guarantee that every stain, odor, scratch, or water spot can be fully removed. Where we think a result is unlikely, we will tell you before you book rather than after.
When you request a quote or book with us we create an account so you can track appointments and invoices. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law. Beyond that, our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
If we change these terms, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. The terms in effect when you booked are the ones that apply to that booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Montgomery County, Texas.
